Pricing questions
What counts as an interview?
A completed candidate conversation — however long it runs within your configured duration. Abandoned sessions under two minutes aren't counted.
Do unused interviews roll over?
Monthly allowances don't roll over, but you're never cut off — extra interviews just bill at your tier's overage rate.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month. Annual invoicing is available on request.
What about a custom-branded interviewer?
